Non-stick Cooling Rack

Our non-stick cooling rack is the perfect baking accessory. Slightly elevated with sturdy rack feet, it allows pastries to cool down after unmoulding and allows for air circulation so that pastries do not soften during the cooling process. It can also be used for decorating cakes with precision, as the excess frosting will drip down for a visually appealing result. The non-stick coating allows for easy cleanup afterwards.
